Shipping and Delivery

Skyorbit Gadget currently ships orders within India only. We do not currently offer shipping to Nepal or other international destinations unless expressly agreed by us in writing prior to placement of the order.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are determined based on factors including the nature, weight, value, and destination of the order and will be communicated or displayed as applicable.

Any delivery timelines communicated by Skyorbit Gadget are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, transportation delays, weather conditions, government restrictions, force majeure events, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Dispatch and Transfer of Transit Risk

Once an order has been duly packed and handed over to the courier, logistics provider, or other carrier for delivery to the customer, and the applicable tracking or consignment details have been generated or communicated, the order shall be considered dispatched.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods during transit shall pass to the customer upon lawful handover of the shipment to the carrier for transmission to the customer.

Skyorbit Gadget shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, mishandling, misrouting, or other events occurring while the shipment is in the custody of the carrier after such handover, except to the extent that such loss, damage, or liability results from an act, omission, or obligation for which Skyorbit Gadget remains responsible under applicable law or the expressly agreed terms of the transaction.

Where reasonably possible, Skyorbit Gadget may assist the customer in communicating with the courier or raising a transit claim. Any such assistance is provided as a customer service measure and shall not, by itself, constitute an admission or assumption of liability by Skyorbit Gadget.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact details, and any other information reasonably required for delivery. Additional costs, failed delivery, return-to-origin charges, or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be charged to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Shipping and Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right, remedy, guarantee, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
