Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be unworn
  • Product must not be washed
  • Original tags should remain attached
  • Product should be returned in original condition
  • Original packaging should be retained where applicable
  • Proof of purchase/order details may be required

Products that are damaged due to customer misuse may not qualify for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, certain products may not be eligible for return because of their nature, hygiene considerations, customization or other clearly stated product-specific restrictions.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Missing item

please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Clear photographs/video
  • Description of the issue

We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

For approved returns caused by a wrong, damaged or defective product, Singh Garment may arrange or reimburse return shipping as applicable.

For customer-preference returns, return shipping may be deducted from the refund or may be the customer’s responsibility, subject to the applicable product and order terms.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund decision will be communicated to the customer.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

Bank/payment gateway processing time may vary.

Exchange

Where stock is available, eligible products may be exchanged for another size or product according to the applicable exchange terms.
